All packages ship from Canada between 4-9 business days, this does not include processing time. Not all shipping options include tracking, please take note of that when making your selection. For international buyers please note that you are responsible for all VAT, import fees and taxes imposed by your country. 

Annie Axtell is not responsible for parcels lost by the postal service.

U.S Customers-Import fees and taxes are included in your order. No surprise fees on the other end.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are ready to ship within 3-5 business days from the day the order is placed. If a product is made to order the timeline will be indicated in the product description.
