Pillows: Orders placed after December 9 can’t be guaranteed to arrive in time for the holidays (but we’ll try our best to make dreams come true!). Orders are fulfilled in the order they’re received. Due to the high volume this time of year and the production time required for pillows, December 9 is the holiday cutoff.

Calendars: These are ready to ship and require a shorter lead time, but to account for possible postal delays, December 9 is also the recommended cutoff.

Orders placed after December 9 will still be fulfilled with care (and a little haste!) as I do my best to make holiday dreams come true.

Tariffs- Shipments to the USA from Canada are exempt. All pieces from Annie Axtell are handmade in Canada with materials sourced in Canada and protected under the CUSMA agreement. NO TARIFFS!

Duties and Import fees- When placing an order to a destination outside of Canada you may be required to pay duties and taxes on top of your shipping fee upon delivery. The duties and taxes are determined by a countries government and Annie Axtell is not responsible for these additional charges.

Pillows ship flat rate in North America. Pillow orders to other international destinations $30 and up.

Other items and destinations are calculated by carriers at checkout. $5 and up.

If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item please contact annie@annieaxtell.com. Include a photo and your order number to facilitate a prompt resolution.

All sales are final. We offer exchanges for another item or store credit within 14 days of order delivery. To be eligible for an exchange or credit the item must be in the original condition, unwashed, undamaged and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of exchange shipping. Note that custom pieces and samples are not eligible.

To initiate an exchange please contact annie@annieaxtell.com, provide your order number, the reason for your exchange and our team will provide you with further instructions.

Spot wash with a mild detergent with cool water. You can hand wash ( fully submerge in water, gently wringing it out) - lay flat to dry.

Due to the design of these sculptural pillows the covers are not removable or interchangeable. They do not have a zipper to access the filling.

All pillows are filled with a hypoallergenic polyfill. A recycled synthetic fibre produced in Canada.

Although not designed for a particular ergonomic fit, they are wonderful for reading, as a body pillow, and to lace yourself through the links. They offer great support in all the right places.

The wiggle is approximately 3 lbs, the two link 5 lbs and the three link weighs in at 8 lbs.

Why so heavy? The filling will compress over time as they are used and loved. It's a priority for them to maintain the integrity of their shape over time. That is why they are firm and dense while being cozy and huggable.

This is an example of a response that you might give. It's good to be as thorough as possible in responses as that has a tendency to improve trust overall.

Annie Axtell pieces come with a limited warranty. Accidents do happen and wear and tear on a plush item that is well loved will sometimes result in damage. If you need a repair on your pillow feel free to reach out to see what is possible.

Depending on the timezone you live in, certain lunar phases will occur on different dates. To account for this, the Lunar Calendar is available in two time zones: PST and EST. 

If you live in the Mountain Time Zone or Central Time Zone, please select the PST Calendar. While there will be small differences between your local moon phases and what is shown in the Calendar, this will be the most accurate.

YES! This calendar is now available for digital download to print at your convenience. You can re-print the calendar as needed, for multiple rooms in your home. It is not for mass distribution to friends, co-workers, neighbours or commercial use. By purchasing the printable calendar PDF, you agree to personal use only.

The Year at a Glance calendar is 24" x 36". It is a standard size.
